There are a whole range of staples like dried beans etc, frozen foods and shelf stable. The only downside is that the packaging is in Chinese, so if you want to avoid an ingredient you need to ask the staff to translate the packaging. Its good to shop here for Asian vegetarian products that are a bit different.

Great asian grocery with a huge range of vegetarian and vegan items. We travel here from the Shore just to get their lemon "chicken". The staff are also very helpful and quick with suggestions and recommendations. I highly recommend this place for vegetarians, vegans and anyone wanting to try something new.
