My wife had her foot examined by this doctor recently. The doctor was very professional in the examination, along with being thorough, clear and comforting in the explanation.

The only negative parts were leading up to the examination, which included:

- No clear instructions on x-ray request for the radiologist (so that set ended up being less useful)
- Appointment cancelled without notification
- Multiple emails for next appointment time

So the actual appointment was great, but the parts before not so much. Perhaps privately arranged appointments are smoother, but this one through ACC could have been better, for sure.
