Incredible rudeness here. I purchased two vouchers on treat me. On my first visit despite having made my booking through the salon I was told I could not use both vouchers at the same time. On my second visit, I had called to move my appointment 40 minutes earlier. On arrival I was told incredibly rudely that there would be a $25 reschedule fee. Clearly this salon does not want to acquire new customers and I will not return to a salon that treats their clients so rudely.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. The Groupon voucher is FRAUD. I purchased a voucher for $229 for laser hair removal on the underarm and brazilian. I discover a full brazilian would cost an extra $150 on top of voucher. Furthermore she asked me for any additional $239 on top of the $229 + $150 saying since I had laser 11 years ago I do not qualify for the voucher and more money would be required. It seems the Groupon voucher is just to get you in the door for exploitation. Insult to injury she marked the voucher as redeemed. What a petty thief.

We had a couples massage here today.
The massage was excellent. Valentina has a magic touch and took the stress in neck and shoulders away completely.
Very relaxing, nice pressure and very good massage of hands.
The premises are clean. There is only one toilet and that needs some work. The toilet seat is broken and the tap of the basin does not work. I only got 2 drops out of it. Will need a plumber.
We both received a follow up deal for another massage with $25.- discount. Thanks!

Customer servie was very poor, neither a smile or a respectable way of talking to a customer. Would not recommend to any of my family of friends. I had purchased a voucher for family but when I tried calling the place, calls were not going through. When I reached there, they tried to prove us wrong and was very rude. When trying to change dates with them, they were not being flexible with us. Never experienced so much rudness, disgusting!!
