The setting is spacious and pleasing to eyes. The menu shows the Asian flair. We ordered a dozen bluff oysters for entree, half fresh and half tempura style. For mains we settled for king prawn pad thai and the taupo lamb rump. My lamb was cooked just right, tender and pinkish inside. The eggplant and cucumber garnish blends well with the lamb rump. Since we were too full, we managed to share a dessert with royal rubies, water chestnut jackfruit, almond jelly, floating in coconut cream beside a scoop of ice cream. Flat white coffee for me, to flush the oyster after taste.

While in Auckland tried the food here .Awesome food here. I had the shanghai pork belly noodles for breakfast, fish and chips for lunch and smoked duck salad for dinner. Top notch service by the waiters.

pWe were staying at the hotel, and we down for some dinner, but just missed the full service menu at 9 pm. The all day meny had great Chicken pie, The Korean wings were also excellent.

A set menu was on offer, very well presented and most enjoyable. Staff were friendly and efficient A great setting and even valet parking. We will be back
