Great service. Friendly staff. Love the reward system. Bought two car seats which the staff installed for us at purchase , have been back for adjustments to the seats and staff helped free of charge.

While I was happy with the instore assistance I received when purchasing two car seats, the follow up service was appalling. I had an issue with requiring replacement parts for one car seat and despite months of trying to get help through the store, nothing came of it. I had to contact head office for anything to happen.

The ladies who run this store are so helpful and will spend as much time with you as you need to make a decision between the different car seat options....there are so many options for car seats these days so it's nice to be able to go somewhere that the staff are really knowledgable and are able to run through the pros and cons of each seat without having to take ages looking up info on the internet, they know it all like the back of their hand
