Aussie Butcher

Definitely our Go To for all our meat especially at BBQ time. Great service and a clean shop with plenty of fresh product and friendly staff who are great at what they do.

Great cuts of meat, they even have things like kangaroo meat here (definitely worth a try if you havent already).

The Aussie Butcher on Margan Avenue (part of the block of shops there) is a great place to get quality meat. Much nicer (on average) than supermarket meat from my experience, and reasonable prices. Mad Butcher sometimes does better specials (but the nearest one is Pt Chev), but the daily prices at Aussie Butcher are fair and typically below supermarket price points.

I really like the knowledge that the Aussie Butchers team have. They are super helpful and really know their stuff. Importantly, they will cut to order if you have a special request - e.g. buy a bulk block of rump steak and they'll slice it for you.

Recommended for all meat types - and they always have a great range. Try their crumbed schnitzel and sausages - they are very tasty, and always good value.

Love the tasty, gluten free range of sausages and the quality and range of their meat in general. Always have great weekly specials. Never buying meat from the supermarket again!!!

The guys down at this Aussie Butcher are so awesome really friendly and support our local school. They have a great variety and super fresh cuts of meat and fair prices too.
