We've had many a trip to the zoo as well as having our wedding reception at the Old Elephant House. An annual pass is a must for regular visitors and was well used when the kids were little. Highlights include the Africa section especially when it's feeding time. Being able to get up close and personal with the giraffe is an amazing experience not to be missed and the monkeys.

Very nice big zoo with some many animals to look at and a cafe with great food and drinks was a great day with the family really enjoyed it

One of the best zoos I've been to and I have been to many overseas and within New Zealand. Beautifully constructed and well-maintained.

Great day out with the kids a bit expensive and parking hard to find, but well worth a visit.
