Auckland Zoo

Huge zoo, loads of walking and plenty of animal enclosures to view. Lovely eating areas and loved the gift shops for gifts. Staff were so helpful

A fabulous day out for the whole family. Great fun seeing all the animals. It is great the zoo is constantly changing to improve and evolve with the needs of the animals.

I love this zoo for the big animals like the giraffes and elephants but I feel like a lot of the other enclosures you are just looking into empty spaces because the animals are hidden away.

Really enjoy this zoo easily spend the day here nice layout and plenty to see.

Great day out, good facilities and plenty of animals. We especially enjoyed the feedings / shows they put on. Only downside is how expensive the cafe and entry fee is and how little parking there is, have defiantly found that overseas zoo / animal parks (even in small countries) are much more reasonable / have better facilities (such as more parking / food outlets etc).
