Really bad experience with this place. Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to accept voucher from Grab One after I spent $180 on them. Would not recommend going here, definitely not focused on customer satisfaction - hence this review.

They charge a ridiculous amount for fixing minor issues. Make sure you know the price before they take your vehicle inside the garage otherwise, you are going to get overcharged and nothing you can do about it. The worst experience of my life to remove small dent on R/H rear side of the car which took about 5-6 minutes to fix and it's not even fixed yet what a rip off $80.....

I had a great experience with this business, I saw a deal on GrabOne so phoned them to find out more. The receptionist explained that due to my van being a little old that it would need an actuator and gave me a price for it. I got the GrabOne deal and on the day of installation one of the workers then very kindly dropped me off to the train station saving me a bit of a walk. They phoned me at lunchtime to say the job was completed and then phoned me again around 4pm to make sure that I was ok at getting back to them for collection. When I paid for the actuator they halved the price. Very friendly staff and I am very happy with the alarm that I got installed.

An absolutely ridiculous and BAAAAD EXPERIENCE. Had purchased a Treat Me Voucher for Brake Pad Replacement for the Jeep. Even though there was no mention of any kind of extra charges in either the deal or T&Cs or special conditions; he still forced me to pay an extra $40 for the pads. Had started from $60 but finally came down to $40.
Basically said ???k Treat Me and he will charge as he wants or can claim refund from Treat Me.
I had to get it done since had taken a day off for that
REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD AND RUDE EXPERIENCE
Please ere don't go to this person

To start with go to their facebook page, only bad reviews. The few good reviews are from the owner and his employees (of course lying about their business) https://www.facebook.com/AKLWindscreen/
I had big problems regarding two vouchers I bought for
Car Alarm + 2 Remote Controls incl. Installation.
Before proceeding to buy those vouchers I asked questions in the TREAT ME chat making sure I'd know any extra costs involved and how long the service would take. As I work with my car and I need to carry stuff in my UTE for the work it's not easy at all for me not having the car for more than 5 hours. I was told I would need to pay extra $80 and the service would take 3 to 4 hours max. So I bought it because that was the conditions I accepted to buy those TWO vouchers (one for me, another for my wife).
In the chat I was told both things, but surprisingly when I tried to book my car first I was told instead of 3 to 4 hours (promised in the chat/discussion about the deal)for the alarm installation it would take the full day, so I'd need to drop my car and I then after receiving a call at end of the day I would be able to pick up my car back. When I asked why it would take so long, I was told my car would be "in between jobs", then I mentioned the discussion on treat me website and I was told treat me gave me the wrong information. They offered me a "courtesy car" for $20 or $25 (not too sure) giving me the impression they actually wanted to make money on top of my need of having a car for work. Not mentioned the extra sensor was not $80 but $90 dollars. Again I was told TREAT ME gave me the wrong answer.
Anyways, after cancel half day of work missing part of my income in order to leave the car for the day, I received a call increasing the extra price price I agreed to pay in extra $40 so now the extra sensor was $120. I agreed and after that I was told that actually the alarm I bought with the voucher $125 (value $450) need to be upgraded for another alarm, so I'd need to pay another $320 on top of my voucher to have an alarm the way I asked in your website in the chat button before purchase. I didn't like it at all I agreed again, when the responsible for the store tht was with my car since 8am told me they couldn't do the service and I'd need to take the car again another day to install the alarm.
After loosing around $300 from clients I cancelled and after I accepted all extra charges I couldn't get the product I wanted, in fact I couldn't get anything other than time waste. I went back to Auckland Windscreen and Auto Electrical to pick up my car when I started asking about the alarm they were selling me it was on the shelf and priced as $280 FITTED. I asked him to show me the extra sensor I wanted installed and the shelf price was $80 but they first charged me $90 over the phone and on a second call charged me $120 It isn't a mistake, I asked the responsible of the store to show me the alarm they were charging me $320+voucher ($125 already paid) and that was priced $280 fitted. I asked for the sensor and it was $80 on the shelf.
The voucher I bought says VALUE $450 so it should cover the costs, but I understand it was a different product so I didn't insist. Instead I asked for an extra price and it was way over the real price.
A kid could calculate this as $280+$80=360(-$125 voucher)=$235 extra for me to pay and not $320+voucher. I told the manager I would give up and ask Treat me website a refund as the store couldn't deliver me the promised.
While waiting I was told the alarm offered in the deal is not a good one and If I wanted a good one I should definitely upgrade. Since I don't want a bad alarm and I think the prices they are charging on top ARE NO FAIR neither described in the voucher conditions ? I took a photo from alarm box+ shelf price to prove what I'm saying.
