Even when you phone them for invoices not received because they are too slow to answer emails, they tell you to " slow down. "

Ive had nothing but good experiences with APM. THey reply to emails promptly, send out water rates notices to you monthly, and are great with communication all round.

Nice team for renting house. i personally like that company. i am renting house from this guys from last two years. Nice service and good communication. i lived in Papatoetoe.
