      Clean, some amenities need updating but ideal for one or two nights when you need it, plenty on offer down stairs and out the door, no need to walk far. Staff are very professional

      Our stay at the oaks was very good. Cleanliness was a bit average. But the view was great ,comfortable bed and had every thing we needed. Was a short walk to queen street .
