      I rang to make an apointment to change locks on my car and was told the locksmith would ring back .this never happened .if calls are not returned and another branch of this company are deliberately rude you have to go to other locksmiths .Unfortunately locksmiths are all not as honest as each other While I understand this practice is not ilegal I would have thought a company like Armstrong would have kept this kind of activity in check
