Worst customer service ever. Asked for unrefined raw sugar and was given Brown sugar and said it was the wrong label and thats how it was named, but it is raw sugar. It was my fault for accepting what they said and buying it. Only after coming home saw it was refined sugar. Took it back just after 1 day past and they were very hesitant to take it back, although the product was unopened and still in it's original pack. They asked for the receipt which I was never given, and I told them I paid with eftpos and the date and time of the transaction if they want to verify. Was still hesitant, and finally took it back. My first and last purchase at this shop.
So, if at all you visit this shop, be prepared to not get any help from them and don't forget to ask for the receipt.
