Sorry, Nigel Wilson (club owner), despite your good location and facilities, the nightmare I've had to go through to just to close my account makes you the only gym I've ever been to that I'll never recommend.

I think the fact that you continued to take payments after I'd rung your office twice to confirm that I did not want to continue my membership after my 12 months suggests that you're only interested in grabbing money from your members.

The fact that you only told me after I emailed to complain that you need written notification is dishonest; the fact you then wanted to take another months payment confirms that you're just interested in the money.

The final straw was when I asked if you're free so we can discuss the situation and I received an email from one of your staff saying that you've sent my details to a debt collection agency and will no longer communicate with me.

Worst customer after care I've ever experienced.

AF Ponsonby is a great lifestyle gym. Super clean facilities, state of the art equipment, and great staff.
