Animates Pet Stores

I used to love the stores, you could hold the birds, cuddle the rabbits all without supervision. Now everything is locked up and you feel like an inconvenience asking staff to open them up.

This is all generic pet stuff, all mass produced items, I didnt feel this was a specialist for pets just a budget shop for pet items, shame the prices do not reflect the quality.

The one in Glen Innes has it's own parking (kind of invisible from the street). Lots of cat and dog stuff (and some kittens for sale). They sell some chicken food (different brand from the PetStock across the road) and can sell chicken hutches but don't have any on display.

They a have friendly staff and wide product range, although price is more expensive than other place, it is still a good place to drop by from time to time.

Great store in Westgate, need to add this address to listing.
