Expensive as Animates usually is, and not a lot of animals for adoption. One time my daughter asked to hold a kitten, the staff were very nice initially and obliged eagerly. The kitten scratched my daughter and ran across the store (not the kittens fault!) and the staff told my daughter off and had her very upset and crying. Please do not allow young children to hold the animals and then treat them that way when accidents happen.

They have good range of products and staff are very helpful. I was looking for a cat repellent today and one of the staff helped me to find a suitable product which was a natural product.

Animates is always a bit pricey but they sell the natural bunny treats that we like and we enjoy watching the fish swim around in their tanks.

Animates is a amazing pet store. It has a amazing atmosphere. It has a amazing range of products for your pets. The service is nice and super fast. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Amazing store. Love the fish tanks at the back it's super fun to take the kids around to choose their new fish! :) And they get to pet some kittens while they're at it which they love. Also always well stocked on new goodies for the fish tank so we always end up leaving with heaps! Rheed was fantastic!
