Good selection of pet products! Staff are always friendly and well informed. Can be a bit pricey however they have a loyalty programme and regular specials!

Good selection of goods,the fish area is good with good staff,good trading fish with them ,good parking.

not a lot of parking and the store often isn't too well kept. For such a big chain we were surprised to find that. However, it makes up for it in it's huge range of pets, toys, foods, cages, and knowledge of all pets, no matter how exotic!

Nice store not many animals but plenty of animal supplies. Great that they have vet next door.

Lovely pet store enjoyed the animals on display, very clean enclosers staff were so friendly and told me all what type of fish filter I should get to stop my tank from going green, have been told many options but yet to find s solution to my issue
