Had my life insurance with Allianz since 2013. They are easy to deal with.

Good deal on travel insurance

Looks like ANZ has had a change as Alliance Insurance Limited has taken over the Travel Insurance for ANZ Credit Card holders who have the Platinum Card. I have traveled twice recently and I have had no claim but my insurance was approved as per the terms and conditions. I have had to call the Contact Centre for few things and it was a good experience dealing with them. I would definitely give 5 out of 5 stars.

Provider of studentsafe insurance and we have claimed tens of thousands from this insurer. They were timely but are quite sticky on not covering pre-existing conditions.

Have had my travel insurance through Allianz for many years now and although they are more expensive than most other travel insurances, I have always been extremely well looked after and the travel insurance given is very superior in terms of conditions and sums insured. All claims I have made have been easy and paid out and the staff are helpful and contactable at all hours via email or phone from overseas.
