I had mistakenly dropped my Canon Digital Camera and the lens got stuck making it impossible to retract.

I found Advanced Computers from Internet. The customer service staff was professional and courteous, advised me clearly on their repair procedures and time line. They did a great job fixing and cleaning it (it looks almost new) and the fee was reasonable (much cheaper than buying a similar class of camera).

Had a laptop repaired here because it would not start. The laptop was in 'as new' condition with no scratches or marks on case. Was told it was the motherboard. Took 4 weeks to get it back. Called numerous times and was given various reasons for the delays. When I finally got it back it had a very old badly scratched case. When I complained about the condition was told the old case had a broken hinge and could not be repaired. When I asked for 'My' case because I felt I could fix it I was told that they would have another look at it. Amazingly I was contacted the next day to say I was all fixed. When I picked it up I carefully looked it over to confirm it was my case because there was a special mark I had put on it and yes it was my case. I took the computer case off but could not find any repairs! Make your own decisions. Would not ever use or recommend this company. Don't even consider going to management to complain the North Branch and the City side Branch are all owned by the same family.

Avoid this place like the plague. This place charged me $430 for a replacement cell phone screen (the screen was shattered). They took one week to replace the screen (when their Facebook page states 48 hour repairs). Then, after it was returned to me, the phone screen started literally peeling off the phone. It gradually got worse, until my whole screen started to flicker constantly. They refused to fix it under warranty within 3 months. As is mentioned in previous reviews more than once: there is no ethical accountability present if a problem occurs. They fail to live up to their responsibilities as outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
