Very happy woth the service i received and received tv back faster than expected

Avoid this place like the plague. This place charged me $430 for a replacement cell phone screen (the screen was shattered). They took one week to replace the screen (when their Facebook page states 48 hour repairs). Then, after it was returned to me, the phone screen started literally peeling off the phone. It gradually got worse, until my whole screen started to flicker constantly. They refused to fix it under warranty within 3 months. As is mentioned in previous reviews more than once: there is no ethical accountability present if a problem occurs. They fail to live up to their responsibilities as outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Took my 1983 computer in to them for repair. I didn't think that they could fix it due to its age. Not only was they successful in repairing this classic but they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommended company. Very professional.

I had my Mac submitted for repairs. Was told it was the hard drive. I paid the money for the replacement and was told the computer was fixed. I collected the computer and put it in storage (dry and safe place) while I sold my house. When I finally set the computer up in our new house 3 months later it had the same issue. I returned it and had to pay for another diagnosis as the 3 month warranty had expired (even though the computer was not even switched on during this time). I was told it was a faulty motherboard and was quoted a substantial amount to replace the computer. I felt their diagnosis was presumptive and inaccurate, and their testing was insufficient. I found their after-service very dismissive and lacking in any accountability or responsibility. I have used this company for repairs previously and found them acceptable, even though they had left some debris on the inside of the replacement screen. However, after this last unsavory experience with them I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed with their service, and it felt like they were very keen to take my money, but didn't care about customer satisfaction or doing the job to high standard. Very poor.
