Active Physio offer personalised rehabilitation and small group pilates classes which have seen my back pain go from a constant struggle to barely noticeable. Their physiotherapists are friendly, knowledgeable and get results. I have seen many other professionals about this complaint and Hannah at Active Physio has been the only one who have made a difference.
