In general the quality of the cars are not that good. But the rates are good. I used this company for couple times for transfer services from Wellington to Auckland. Trasnfer car service is a good advantage.

Despite having booked five months earlier there was only one car available on the entire lot and it was smaller than the type booked. After much negotiation we were able to take this one. Would not use this firm again.
