      Completely hopeless service.
      Told that job would be finished 1230-1300.
      Returned at 1310 to be told that they don't have aparticular component, it may take 15-20min to complete
      Returned at 1500 and still not ready
      Returned at 1540 and picked up car to take back to VTNZ.
      Rejected by VTNZ as the 2 jobs on the list were not completed.
      Returned at 1607 and shop closed.Rang owner's cell phone- not even a single word of apology. Told to come back on Monday.

      The most unreliable mechanic service ever experienced. Wasted saturday
