Hmmm ... bought a “cheapie” voucher online from “Daily Do” for WOF to be used with “AK Auto” .. however, just can’t get a response to my frequent telephone voice messages to make a booking (probably a mistake mentioning the voucher). Now the third day of unacknowledged messages .. today’s calls aren’t even going to voice-phone!

Great honest service. Always take my car here knowing there is complete transparency with the price and that Alan always does his best to keep it low.

I have looked this company up because i was told of their Amazing reputation only to call a DISCONNECTED number..whats the point having their page online????

I don't normally write reviews for things, however the service I received was excellent. The quote for parts and labour was very accurate to actual cost. I did not feel as though he had taken me for a spin and charged me for unnecessary work. He fixed the major problem that would have most likely cost me well over $1500-2000 if I had taken it else where. I highly recommend giving Alan a try and seeing for yourself that you can trust Alan to look after you and your automotive needs. If it gives you and more reassurance I even bought him a box of beers to say thanks. That's how happy I was.
