The tandoori platter for two arrived on a sizzling plate and impressed everyone. It tasted just as good as it looked. We had eight different curries and every one was deemed delicious as was the naan.

The shop is small and tidy, it gets very stuffy in summer. My lamb saag was overly creamy and rather one dimensional. It was also less hot than requested. The lunch deal is not bad value - $10 for any curry, rice and naan. Just another Kiwi-style curry house.

The food itself is very yummy, the spice heat you ask for is bang on for me, plus they ask afterwards that the spice temp was right for you. There is also a decent range of curries to chose from. To dine in is fine, the insides of the premises are pretty good. Service is always polite as well. Well worth a go for either dinner or lunch, you'll be pleasantly surprised!!

I usually eat here once a week and I have never had a bad experience with either the food or the staff who are always attentive and entertaining. The food quality is excellent, the choices extensive and the prices just right.
