What a wonderful store!! Not only did they have what we wanted, we were able to ask the staff all the questions under the sun to make sure we had the right product. We were also offered the right to return the product if it wasn't the right size.!

great range and helpful staff, parking is easy as well

Staff is very helpful and genuinely cares about your furrbabies. Prices are good too.

Friendly staff with a good range of cages and items for your pets, many you won't find elsewhere.

There is free parking outside the door on the street and the store is not huge but well laid out.

We found they had a fair few paet cages and pet beds with a lot of large range of pet food to feed your fur babies.

The only slight grumble was that they had no tinned cat food but otherwise well worth a visit for pet toys and beds

Their customer service is above and beyond other pet supply stores! Very informative staff who you can tell that they love to help customers! I was impressed by the great selections and the well stocked shelves! I really love the range of dog leashes and collars.
