I too am unimpressed! I have been buying their stone ground flour for almost twenty years now and have recently noticed that it no longer has the slight "grubby" look. and comparing it with normal white flour there is very little difference so on the 22/5/14 I emailed the company asking them if they now bleach their flour but they never replied. On the 27/5/14 I phoned and left a message asking if they would answer my email but they never did. I'm starting to question the integrity of this company and wonder now if they must have something to hide.

This company has been fantastic with there integrity and honesty over the last 20 years. I understand they can no longer get local organic grain as all of their supplies have converted to dairy farms. Good on them for securing a source in India and while the flour may be a little different it is indeed organic. I find the best way to talk to them is in person and there need be no confusion as to whether or not they have anything to hide. They are an older husband and wife team who are very busy. Freight for heavy items is always expensive, thats why we buy in bulk and travel 600 km to get there.

Unimpressed. We were looking around for who to order some products from. Typed in the online order. Freight did not show up so we confirmed the order, expecting a screen showing the total order including freight, but no, this confirmed the order with freight unknown. I emailed the business asking them not to process the order and explained we were trying to find out costs. As we had confirmed the order it was processed, with the freight being more than half the cost of the item. We were asked if we would like to order even more of the product to make the order more worthwhile. This is the first website where I've had an order confirmed with undisclosed freight. Watch out.
