      edge and wax not done too properly. Friends went and rented chains from them but havent used them coz stopped by mountain staff half way n told to turn around as mountain is closed, got told by alpine sports that they can only refund half the money! But well technically the chains is still in its bag and havent been taken out, thats just lame.

      went to shop for ski gear however staff didn't greet and/or asked if I needed help. I was there for nearly 30mins no one served me.
