VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

I went here to do my WOF for my car and the lady at the reception was very nice. As I waited there were some magazines to read while waiting and it was updated magazines which was great. The guy that got my car sorted was very friendly and explained to me what I needed done with my car which was great and helpful. Clean and spacious place , tends to get busy.

first off. 50dollars for WOF is way overpriced and second...my experience with them today was horrible. i payed for my WOF then went to go get it inspected, right away they pointed out i fail already because i have a little sticker in the backseat passenger window, they told me to remove it and i was extremely offended since its a very important R.I.P sticker for my best friend that died 2 years ago. i asked them why does it matter and they replied "it obstructs view" and in my mind i was like..."whos view? mine?" -.- its in the back seat passenger window which i never have backseat passengers anyway and its already a tiny window since my car is a coupe and cant see anything out of it anyway and having a little sticker there doesnt obstruct my view at all nor does it compromise the safety of my car at, isnt that a point of a WOF. i have had that sticker there for 2 years and have never had a problem getting WOF. i then went into reception and asked for a refund and then the receptionist which was already slightly rude from the beginning, i told them i already have had no problems getting WOF's from other places and then the receptionist proceeded to mark my car in the system preventing me from getting WOFs anywhere else informing them i must remove my sticker...wow...

I’ve been here once to get a warrant they were super quick and friendly overall very happy

Always feel safe getting my WOF here and they are very fast and friendly.
