Great deals and very good service.

Highly recommend, great internet plans and the customer service has stepped up massively over the past couple of years.

Vodafone have been a ok provider hut our internet has always been a bit slowand patchyand it was a real pain having to change all our email over atthe end of last year. Recently Vodafone sent a marketing person around our neighbourhood. I did not answer the door as I get sick of sales people but when I went outside (in my back yard) the person was waiting by my fence. They then told me that by law They are required to upgrade me to fibre and that I have to sign up for a 12 month contract if they do that. It rewlly was the last straw for me having someone as I told them I wasn't interested but the person became very pushy. Am looking for a new internet provider now.

Terrible customer service. Had multiple bad experiences with this and they don’t seem to really care. Mobile service is okay.

This store has now closed, it has now moved to Queen Street. Still remember it took a look time to top up.
