I've decided to take out a new contract and went into the store not knowing which phone I want. The sales person explained the phones to me and made his recommendation. The whole process was so easy and fast. And the sales person had a great knowledge of the phones.

I was looking for a new phone and got one on their 24 months interest free plans. It was really easy and fast. Within 30 min, I've walked out of the store with my new phone.

Often a long wait for someone to help out. It would be nice to be able to sit down while waiting. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, although sometimes a little rushed.
