      Very unprofessional when I tryed to make a booking over the phone on 2seperate occasions, to which she rudely kept saying book on the website... why should I have to when I've called to make a booking?
      I do not want to use their services if that's their standard of customer service, also the review with 5stars is by the owner... what a joke
