      After the appointment we went to radiology to give some bloods. My wife got very tiny veins so she requested for butterfly needle. She was told off for requesting it. the person taking blood completely refused to use butterfly needle. She got so upset because of that. They we have asked to see another technician. We didnt take his name, but he was a male technician. Very rude person.

      Been to the Radiology last week, the person who attended me was very friendly. no wait time when i went, i was 1st in the queue. Had heaps of parking spaces on the day i went.
