Treasure Box

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Purchased a table from this company online around 3 weeks ago. It turned up in minimal packaging, so it was obviously going to be damaged. Then when I contacted their support team they told me it was somehow not their fault. I told them I’d like to send it back and they said no. I asked for a refund and they offered me $20 when the table was $140. I told them that wasn’t good enough. It took them days to reply, they don’t pick their phone up either. I finally managed to get $60 back even though I just want to send the table back. So now I’m down $80 and I have a broken table. They were cheeky and spoke very little English. They kept telling me I was getting a bargain which I assured them I’d prefer to just not have a broken table at all.
I suggest that Treasure Box should sort their horrible customer services out, and actually reply to emails.

Great prices for trendy, modern homewares. Nice designs & normally different sizes to fit your home.

Only had a positive experience with treasurebox. I brought an entertainment unit from them for really cheap at $70. Took only a few days to arrive and was delivered in great packaging. I really enjoyed their rewards service as I got $5 or so off my item because I signed up for their emails. Thanks
