Through her own injuries Di Jones from 'Timaru Massage Therapy' got into Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy. Di's main interest is restoring muscle balance to stop and prevent recurring injury.

She is a qualified FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and SFMA (Selected Functional Movement Assessment). The FMS is used to determine compensations and inefficiencies in the natural movement patterns. The SFMA system is used to determine the source of the pain rather than just the area it is present.
