We offer Whanganui its first pure vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga and restorative classes. Vinyasa flow offers a style of yoga that will help you build all-over strength, cardio and flexibility and is perfect for returning balance to both your body and mind, whether it is over-worked or under-worked. 

Yin, a more passive style of yoga that is mostly floor-based, offers a perfect alternative to vinyasa as it targets the body's energetic system and fascial tissue to create optimal communication, mobility and structure throughout the body and mind. 

Restorative is perfect for de-stressing and healing the wear and tear our modern world places on our system. Props allow a gentle opening and help you to let go of what is holding you up in the world. With plenty of space to turn inward, you'll return to equanimity.
