Just tried you for the first time as I have recently shifted to tauranga.....all I can say is WOW......hands down the best dentist that I've ever used.....really experienced dentist, and really friend staff, nice clean rooms as well......highly recommend.
After reading another ladies review online I have noticed she had the same complaint as me. This morning I rang Team Dental quite distressed as my partner was in a lot of pain. I found the lady very condescending and rude over the phone - telling me that the pain killers that my partner were using 'weren't actually the best ones to use' - then didn't offer any alternative medication advice. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and like I was wasting her time. She didn't seem to care in the slightest or show any empathy. It's disappointing because on your website everyone looks very friendly so it is a shame that this person is ruining that image.
