My family practice. I have had mixed experiences, depending on who you end up seeing. Most of the docs are great. One I saw said she had referred me to another service - but hadn't, so it could have ended up worse than it did.
The casualty is handy if u need it, and they're open Saturday am as well.

I'm usually happy with the service received, but not so much anymore.
I needed some blood tests done. I had to ring for the results - to be told that a particular result was high... hmmm... is that not cause for a call to the patient to have a chat about health?
Our doctor recently left, and so I wonder who is actually looking after the health of my family. There doesn't seem to be a 'whole picture' kind of approach, or they'd have see Ng my blood levels shooting up over the last 2 blood tests. This isn't good enough TA med.
I was also charged for a doctors note when my children were ill and I had to stay home to care for them. I mean, seriously?

This has been my doctors for many years. I have a great doctor and the a&e is always good if you need to see a doctor urgently. The pharmacy next door is convenient. But i have had mixed experiences with some of the other doctors there when mine is not available.
