      The mental health team at Stratford Health Centre quite literally changed my life. I was in crisis and they were there to help me through a seemingly hopeless situation.

      I received psychiatric treatment, and weekly therapy with one of the psychologists who specialises in my illness. After two years I had reclaimed much of what I'd lost, and I'm not looking back. Can't get better than that!
