      Bought a brand new 200cc scoot from SPV a couple of weeks ago. Based on this experience I rate them very highly. Very realistic pricing, thorough PDI (bike needed a different jet kit and some fettling of the starter motor), they welded me a great looking rack and made sure a number of minor issues and requests were addressed. Customer service was good - they bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes, and were easy to get hold of. The mobile phone redirected to voicemail, but I received a call within a couple of hours after leaving a message to test this. The landline is (wo) manned. The owners are very knowledgeable, care about their customers and have great integrity. This business is a welcome addition to the sector in town and deserves to be a great success.
