Shalla Jewellers

I took a watch in to get a few links taken off. I was told the jeweler was out and is suppose to be back, so I left it there with my number. I was told I would be called when it is done in a few hours. Two hours went by so I went in to check. They told me they were still working on it and seemed very disgruntled that I dropping before they called. I came back after another hour and a half went by and waited near by for the call. It never came. I showed up 30 mins before their closing time to find they were about to close. When I asked about the watch they had forgotten all about it saying, "Oh yeah, it's done." He joked about the cost of the watch and charged me extra, saying it was a difficult job. So an errand that should have taken an hour at most pretty much wasted my whole day. Won't be going back there again.

Purchased my engagement ring from Shalla Jewellers. Impeccable customer service and felt like my ring was made especially for me - which it was! I chose the design/colour etc. and am very happy with it.
