This is the most unprofessional recruitment agency I've ever seen. When I came to their office I met with Gemma Mulgrew and she immediately offered me a building job on a chicken farm that was supposed to start a week later. She also told me that she was organizing a pick up for me because I don`t have a vehicle and she would text me the pick up time the next day. One day before my job was supposed to start I still didn't have a pick up time and place and so I tried to call her to ask what's going on. She texted me that the company wasn`t looking for any additional people any more, something she must have known for days because she didn't text me the pick up time, but she didn't tell me anything. She also said she was going to call me the next day about other work but she didn't. Although she told me that they prefer to be called on the phone and don`t want me to send text messages, she never called me back and only sent texts and gave bad excuses that she was travelling and the reception was bad. Again: very unprofessional. After wasting a full week of my time I still have to wait for their office to open again on January 4th, so that I can give them the boots back they lent me, which means that they basically wasted two weeks of my time with their unprofessional behaviour.
