Very professional and knowledgeable, friendly, helpful team. Specially Dr. Mona Goyal thanks so much for everything.

I usually see Dr Kim Lawson who is very bubbly, empathetic and understanding. I feel so comfortable telling her anything with no judgement, or feelings of embarrassment. She is warm natured and cares about her patients well-being. She went out of her way to print a winz covid form out for me so I wasn’t using all my sick leave, and ran my prescription to the pharmacy at the front of the practice for my flatmate to pick up, as I was self isolating while waiting for results.

My last two appointments have been with Dr David Robertson, who I equally believe is a good Dr. He is super thorough and understanding of any condition or frustration I’m feeling, and connects dots I never considered connecting. He goes the extra mile for his patients, and he considers all avenues. He worked everything out to bring the cost of things down as well.

In my opinion, these Drs are an irreplaceable asset to their workplace and to their industry. I hope they get a benefits/pay increase of some kind, as they are incredible at what they do and deserve the acknowledgment.

Nurses and receptionists have been nothing but wonderful also.
