Progear has been around for years, first specialising in used photographic equipment and, since moving to Newmarket, as an outlet for professional and keen amateur photographers. They sell top brands at good prices and their staff are knowledgable and helpful. I like the lack of counters – customers and staff talk to each other at tables, where equipment can easily be laid-out and demonstrated, and there's usually free parking right at the door.
