Was not worth the money. My nails chipped a few days after getting them done not the best.

I got my nails done here Friday last week and they have already chipped I do not recommend!

Don't use actual shellac or gel products. Got my nails done and three had chipped within 4 hours of getting the supposed shellac applied. Went to get them touched up the following day only to have them chip again the following day. This has never happened to me before and i have had shellac countless times.

Also have questionable hygiene and terrible customer service.

NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE. Went in for a pedicure, where they hacked away and my cuticles with dirty, unsanatised tools. The lady cut into all my cuticles making them bleed, it was apparent this was the norm for them. The next day i woke up and my toe had swollen to twice the size it was when i went in, it got to the point where it was so infected and so painful that i had to seek help from a podiatrist who then had to cut open my toe and remove a huge section of toe nail just to fix it costing me $400. I went into professionail the day after to tell them what had happened when i was approached by a rude, selfish employee who began to tell me how it was my fault and that they hadn't done anything wrong even when i took in the papers from the podiatrist to show that they intact had given me a major infection. I asked for help to pay for the bill to which they got angry at me and instead gave me a shitty gift voucher for a place i would never dream of returning too. A month later the toe flared up again and i had to go through the same surgery costing me a fortune again, as i went into the shop one more time to try my luck, they were busy so i sat and waited, during that time i saw 2 employees giving pedicures in which they swapped the tools between each other without cleaning them what so ever, i also witnessed them not cleaning out the foot baths afterwards or changing the towels they used before sitting another customer down. 2 years and $1000 later, i am still having major problems with this toe. I would highly recommend not going to this place unless your willing to spend your life savings, and taking days and days off fixing a filthy mistake that these useless people are making.

DO NOT GO. This is the worse experience I have had in both customer service and professional skill. First of all they make you pay before you begin, I was charged $5 extra to have my previous nail varnish removed. There was only two of them so we had to wait which I do not mind at all but the lady (manager) rushed her other clients and the colleague she was working with so they did not do a great job as far as I could see. Next was myself and my mum. I unfortunately got the lady who was clearly rushing or just did not want to be there., she nearly filed my fingers off she was going that fast - not effective as they were uneven, next was the cuticles... ouch. She cut me twice, my thumb the worse as it was a chunk and wouldn't stop bleeding. After that she asked me to wash my hands and gave me the dirty towel that she been using. During that she shouted at her colleague for spending too much time on my mum, so he then rushed my mums polish and hacked them up. I decided to stop the manicure there and asked for part of money back but she refused to give me what was owed and charged me $30. Highly disappointed.
