Terrible service.
Lost a belt that was attached to a dress I was having dry cleaned for a special event, we're unapologetic and rude. Offering no refund, replacement or help in finding the belt. I was then meant to receive a phone call from the manager regarding this, which I am still waiting for 2 weeks on.
