      Coaching for individuals and groups who are seeking to improve their performance or their position in some way. Whether it's planning, leadership, communication, organisational culture, work/life balance, time or career management; working with an independent coach could be the best thing you do! As your coach, I won't tell you what to do. I will help you clarify the things you want to achieve, by when. I will challenge your thinking by asking questions and posing different perspectives or ideas. I will let you make your decision(s), and I will support you and hold you accountable for doing what you say you will. Meetings can be as regular as you choose, each one includes follow up notes for reference, tools, comments or suggestions and intermittent ongoing support.
