A little expensive for what you get in terms of ingredients but what you pay for is passion, talent and the time it takes for your food to be ready thru fermentation. A couple of standout dishes for me which included the lamb and the final corn dish.

all amazing - but I have to say who could make vegetable dishes so sexy and tasty! And a big muchas gracias to Kely - my husband and son fought over the sourdough loaf the next day!!!

Taking nature at it's finest, this is an exclusive place that serves organic non chemical enhanced food. It treats the ingredients with complete utter respect. Small numbers of seating dine in only, impeccable service.

The precision and workmanship that went into every tiny part of each dish was so impressive. The atmosphere was buzzing and relaxed, unlike many other high class restaurants. Flavour combinations that push boundaries.

When I am nearby, this is my go-to place for my organic fix!
