Nice jewellery, but haven’t received the best customer service here. Staff were friendly enough when I purchased an expensive watch for a birthday gift, however two days later when I gave this as a gift, the watch was not working. Tried to exchange this for one that was working, however the staff were not helpful - they said the watch would have to be sent off for review (even though it was only two days old!) they eventually exchanged it for me, but poor service from the beginning.

Staff there go above and behind to find the right piece of jewellery that’s right for you not to mention how bubbly they are. The jewellery is just impeccable. Would recommend this store to anyone.

great jewellery shop with lots of affordable items

I purchased a lovely bracelet from Pascoes. They have a great selection of jewelry. I found the staff to be very helpful and not overly pushy like some jewelry shops can be.

Very helpful staff. Got my engagement ring from them and they were very lovely and helped us out with picking our own style that would work. Love my ring
