      I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep as I kept waking up through the night. This prompted me to try Bens course of acupuncture. Since then, I have been having a much better sleep and I am now sleeping through the night. I also have suffered with a sore shoulder for many years. Ben also gave me acupuncture to relieve this problem. I am happy to say my shoulder is also a lot better.
